Expansion of the scope of available services at the Széll Kálmán tér Public Transport Customer Service Centre

From January 2017, penalty fare related services are available at the customer service centre at Széll Kálmán tér. In addition to this new location, the retrospective payment of on-the-spot penalty fares is possible at the following BKK customer service points in Budapest:
  • Penalty Fare Office, District 7, Akácfa u. 22.
  • Main BKK Customer Service Centre, District 7, Rumbach Sebestyén u. 19-21
  • BKK Customer Service Centre, District 11, Kelenföld vasútállomás metro station underpass.
